    No love here for DeKalb Schools, but your comment “then we probably wouldn’t have all the issues of cityhood, independent schools, charter schools, Legislative involvement in matters that ought to be resolved in Dekalb County.” What you’re suggesting is probably true–that we have laws that the entire state will be following because one county needed to be fixed. (not sure the legislature–and constitution is suppose to work like that)

  2. We completely agree, ursokm16. All the legislature has to do is remove one line in the Constitution due to its antiquity and irrelevance for Georgia today. All this other verbiage is a strange waste of ink.
