We can absolutely do this in DeKalb

Speaking at a high school graduation, President Barack Obama held up a revitalized technical school in Worcester, Mass. as a model for the nation in an increasingly competitive global workforce. Obama was praising this school’s ability to give young people opportunity through real job skills and thereby providing a future for themselves and this country.

We could have a school like this in DeKalb. We have the resources. We just need to focus our energies on pushing those resources into schools with purpose and access for all, and away from administrators and specialty boutique schools.
